COVID – 19 Showing Protocol

We are trying to navigate this difficult time as best we can, can keep everyone safe and healthy in the process.

BEFORE BOOKING ANY PRIVATE SHOWINGS we please ask the following:
• Please review the details/photos in full on our web site or MLS
• Please review the floor plan and associated documents on our web site or MLS.
• Please drive by and be familiar with the physical location of the property.
Ask us clarifying questions on any of the above or other items please in advance if important.

For everyone’s protection:
That you do not book a private showing or enter a private showing if:
• You are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms.
• Within the last 14 days you have been travelling outside Canada.
• You know or suspect that you have been in close contact with anyone who has experienced points 1 or 2 above or who has been diagnosed with COVID-19

When viewing a home at this time with us:
• That you do not touch or sit on any furniture or handle any personal items in the property.
• Allow us to open doors and turn on lights as required.
• Do not use the bathroom.
• Maintain the suggested 6 ft distance from our Realtor and others outside of your group.
